Over 20 years ago, the business was started by Tom Tiller, after he spent a lifetime in the hospitality industry as a property manager and business development manager. Tom called the business Hororata Services after the street he lived in for over 40 years.
Murray Rundle bought the business in 2005, and changed the name to Custom Tags to reflect the business focus as specialist key tag and key ring suppliers. We still supply many of the original customers Tom started with all those years ago.
